The Arc de Triomphe Weekend is the highlight of the French racing calendar followed by 30,000 spectators and 33 million television viewers in 126 countries.

The "Arc", as it is affectionately known, takes place anually every first weekend in October at Longchamp Racecourse in the Bois de Boulogne in the heart of Paris. This excellent racing weekend starts on Saturday October 1st with a seven race card , the Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe Lucien Barriere is run on "Arc Sunday" and attracts the best middle distance horses from all over Europe for the coveted title.

Sunday also includes 6 other supporting races including the Prix de l'Abbaye, Europes best sprint race. Altogether a highly recommended event to attend with 2 days of the best flat racing combined with wonderful cuisine, high fashion and excellent racecourse facilities. VIP Prix De L'Arc De Triomphe Weekend Costs $3390 per person based on 2 people sharing a deluxe twin or double room in the hotel.

Single supplement of $575 will apply for this trip.

Although airfare is not included in the package, we can arrange return flights for you from your chosen departing airport for an additional fee.

VIP Itinerary for The Prix De L'Arc De Triomphe Weekend

Friday 29th September
Arrive in Paris at ~4pm. Our Driver will transport you and your Party to your Luxury Hotel . Check in for your 3 night stay in a Deluxe Room in the very heart of  the city. Our staff will ensure a fast check in for you and welcome you with a complimentary cocktail in the Hotel Bar before allowing you to retire to your room to prepare for our 8pm departure to MAXIMS. A Paris legend, Maxims is the perfect place for us all to meet each other and enjoy the very best of food, wines and entertainment for the evening. Featuring a Champagne reception, 4 Course Dinner, Wines and Complementary Bar and the excellent Maxims Cabaret. After the dinner is over our Driver will return you to your Hotel.

Saturday 30th Sept
Breakfast in the Hotel, You then have the day free to go sightseeing or shopping in the City Centre  - Overnight in Hotel.

Sunday 1st October
Breakfast in the Hotel before we leave for the  Exclusive Turftours VIP Area in the Village D'Honneur at Longchamp Racecourse. We have organized exclusive hospitality for our guests with Betting Booths, Lounge Seating and excellent ambiance to spend the day. Our VIP Hospitality package also includes a magnificent 4 Course Lunch with Champagnes and Fine Wines, Afternoon Tea, Complimentary Premium Bar all Day and Racecards and Racing Post's for each guest. When racing concludes our Chauffuers will collect us from right outside the Hospitality area and return us to the Hotel. You can then relax. - Overnight in Hotel.

Monday 2nd October

Breakfast in the Hotel before our Driver takes you to your Paris Airport in good time for your return journey home.
